The rise of the H7H9 bird flu in Asia continues to make headlines, as more and more human cases are reported. Baylor College of Medicine Researcher Dr. Pedro Piedra finds aspects of the new strain “concerning,” but admits that the U.S. is in much better shape to combat the outbreak should it reach North America.
