Austin company provides stand-alone device for spinal fusion surgery

In the last decade, treatments for spinal issues has had a sort of renaissance. The surgical procedures have improved as has the technology available to those that suffer from debilitating problems with their back and neck. Now, one of the forerunners in the field – Austin-based Wenzel Spine – has launched their new VariLift-C® Stand-Alone Zero-Profile Expandable Cervical Interbody Fusion Device with the hope that those that suffer from spinal difficulties might soon be dancing in the streets.
