A new nonprofit organization has officially formed in San Antonio that is designed to foster the collaboration and increase success of biotechnology in conjunction with academic, medical and military sectors. To achieve this goal, the just-announced organization, The Health Cell, has an executive committee and a board of directors made up of representatives from each of these sectors.
