Magnesium May be More Important Than Calcium for Bone Health in Children According to BCM Study

It has long been known that calcium is an important part of bone growth and health in children, but is another mineral even more important? According to a recent study performed at Baylor College of Medicine, magnesium is just as important, if not more important, than calcium in the healthy development and growth of bones in children.
